TRAINING OPTIONS


ONE-ON-ONE PERSONAL TRAINING

$45 - $60 PER SESSION

Whether you're just starting out or have been at it a long time, there's no better way to get exactly what you need, when you need it. This option is great for people who have had previous injuries or need a flexible schedule.

SMALL GROUP & COUPLES TRAINING

$15 - $30 PER PERSON

I know how important your time is and working out with your spouse, best friend, co-worker, sibling or parent is a great way to spend quality time together and reach your goals at the same time. You don't have to be equal fitness levels or even have the same goals to enjoy a great sweat session together. Workouts might include a little friendly competition one day and teamwork the next to keep things fun and make the time fly by.

BOOTCAMP

$8 - $10 PER SESSION

Join me Sunday mornings in Parker at 9 a.m. for a fun group workout. These workouts are open to all fitness levels but will challenge every athlete. Weather permitting, these workouts are held outside and focus on endurance training.

HYBRID TRAINING

PRICES VARY

Get all the benefits of frequent in-person training sessions at a more affordable price. Hybrid training is a combination of both in-person and online personal training. This gives you the accountability of still checking in regularly with a personal trainer and a workout program designed specifically for you that you can access anytime, anywhere.
